I just wanted to thank you for sorting out the small problems following the work fitting our heating system. The guys who worked here fitting the system, boiler, electrics, plumbing etc, were really good, considerate and hard working. Mick who came today to the ‘tidy up’, did a great job. Again very considerate and helpful. Really good bunch of guys. We’ve had an quick look at the pack which arrived and it looks very complicated. We may take up the offer of support in completing any forms etc. Roy has some time Friday so he’ll be in the touch no doubt! Thanks again.

URP Group were one of four companies used on Phase 1 of our project but were head and shoulders above the other three, so much so that we solely used them for all of Phase 2.

I am emailing you to tell you how happy I am with the good job your team did with insulating my home. I must say what nice young men they were and their manners were excellent. Everything was explained about the process and that I would get another visit at a time to suit me to do a wee plan of the areas needing done.The technical surveyor came after that and after he had had a look round he said he would get back in touch with the office. That was on the friday and by the following Thursday the work was done by another two nice pleasant. Great job done, top marks to all your team.

A very well run business from Andy who knocked on my door to the lads that did the job yesterday. Room in a roof insulation equals a lot less heat heading out through the roof. Lads arrived at 9am and didn’t stop until they finished at 3.40pm. Completely cleared up any mess and you wouldn’t know they’d been except for the lovely new plastering on my ceiling and wall. 5* and didn’t cost me a penny.

Had Brian and John of urban renewable power insulating my attic space in Clarkston. Excellent service tidied up after they finished and just got on with it. Would recommend to anyone. Best of all it was free!

They are very professional and competent, the speed of their process from the initial survey to the completion of the installation of the loft and internal wall insulation was astonishing.
